Network Design and Installation

One of the areas in which Plains Technology has been extensively involved for many years is in the fundamental design, implementation and support of highly complex, highly resilient, large scale Local and Wide Area Network infra-structures.

We have built networks utilizing almost all forms of current networking technology including high performance routers, bridges, hubs, LAN / WAN switches, Rate adapters, Remote Access Devices, Protocol converters and Gateways.

We have been involved in extensive work with all forms of Local and Wide Area Network connectivity including Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, Token Ring, FDDI / CDDI, ATM, ISDN BRI/PRI, Frame Relay, X.25 and HDLC.
